Who is
Paris 13?

We are a family of French-Hmong immigrants who found a home in Central Texas, and we are proud to provide a delicious eating experience to our community. Paris 13 is the culmination of over 25 years of experience in International cuisine, channeled through our appreciation for traditional French food.

We take pride in our artisanal approach to cooking. Our carefully crafted menu features a selection of mouthwatering dishes, prepared with love and attention to detail.

How long have you been in business?

Paris 13 is proud to have been serving the Austin community with our delightful French comfort food since 2020. Our years of experience have allowed us to perfect our recipes, refine our techniques, and build a strong reputation for culinary excellence.

Where can I find you?

You can find us at the South Austin farmers market every Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. Our setup is located at the Barton Creek Farmers Market, where you can enjoy our delicious quiches and creole samosas firsthand. Look out for our vibrant Paris 13 signage and friendly staff ready to serve you.

On other days, from Tuesday to Friday, we operate from the Ghostline Kitchens from 7:30am to 12:30pm. While we don't have a physical storefront, you can order our breakfast menu through our website directly as we offer quick and easy pickups. 

You can also conveniently order our breakfast menu through delivery platforms such as DoorDash, UberEats, and Grub Hub.

What do you offering with catering?

Our catering menu features a delightful selection of French comfort food. In addition to our farmers market favorites, we offer a variety of classic French dishes such as Blanquette de Poulet, Hachis Parmentier, Croque Monsieur, Salade Piémontaise, and more. 


Also, we understand that each event is unique, and we are happy to work with you to create a customized menu tailored to your specific preferences and dietary requirements. Our team will collaborate with you to design a menu that complements your event theme and satisfies your guests' palates.

What types of events do you cater?

We cater to a wide range of events, including corporate functions, weddings, birthday parties, baby showers, and more. Whether it's a small gathering or a large celebration, we are here to make your event a memorable one.

What's the group size for catering?

We can cater to groups of various sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger events. We have the capacity to accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 200 guests. No matter the size, we guarantee exceptional service and delicious food.

How do I place a catering order?

To place a catering order, simply reach out to us through our website or give us a call. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process, discuss your requirements, and provide you with a detailed quote. We recommend booking in advance to secure your desired date and ensure a smooth catering experience.

 

You can also conveniently order through catering platforms such as Foodie, ezCater or Doordash. Just select Paris 13 and go from there!

How far in advance can I order catering?

We recommend placing your catering order at least five days in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that some events may be planned on shorter notice, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our schedule.

Do you offer tastings before providing catering for an event?

Yes. We understand the importance of choosing the right dishes for your event. We offer tasting sessions for larger events or upon request. An additional fee may apply. During the tasting, you will have the opportunity to sample a selection of our dishes and finalize your menu choices.

Do you offer drinks, or alcoholic beverages with catering?

While we understand the importance of beverages in enhancing the overall dining experience, we have made this decision to only focus on our core expertise and provide the best possible food experience for our customers.


We are more than happy to provide recommendations or suggestions for beverage service providers that align with your preferences and needs. We strive to make your catering experience with us exceptional in every way.

What are the delivery options for catering orders?

We can offer flexible delivery options for your convenience. Our team will ensure your order arrives promptly and is set up beautifully at your desired location. Additional fee may apply. Additionally, we can provide pickups from our weekly operating kitchen or coordinate with catering delivery companies like Foodie, ezCater or Doordash if preferred.

Do you accept tips?

Yes, we greatly appreciate tips as they go directly to our hardworking team who are dedicated to providing you with an exceptional culinary experience. Tips are never expected but are always welcomed and are a meaningful way to show your appreciation for our service and the quality of our food.


If you choose to leave a tip, you can do so when placing an order through our website or directly when receiving your food from our staff at the farmers market or during pickups. Please note that tips are entirely optional, and your satisfaction with our food and service is our primary focus.

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We kindly request that you notify us promptly regarding any cancellations or changes to your order. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and make adjustments accordingly.

 

Our goal is to provide exceptional service and ensure your satisfaction, even in the face of unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions or need further clarification regarding our cancellation policy, please feel free to contact us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Paris 13 reserves the right to modify or update the cancellation policy as necessary. While we strive to be flexible and accommodating, please take note of our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period
For catering orders, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
For larger events and orders exceeding a certain capacity, a longer cancellation notice period may apply. This will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation Fees
If a cancellation is made within the designated cancellation period, no fees will be incurred, and any prepayment will be fully refunded.
If a cancellation is made outside of the designated cancellation period, a cancellation fee may be applicable. The amount of the fee will depend on the nature of the event, the size of the order, and any expenses incurred in preparation.

 

Changes to Order
We understand that adjustments to your order may be necessary. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, subject to availability and within the designated cancellation period.
Any changes made to the order, such as alterations to the menu or guest count, should be communicated to us as soon as possible. Additional charges or adjustments to the pricing may apply.


Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your event. We will work closely with you to find suitable alternatives and minimize any inconvenience caused.
